Using Augmented Reality to Close the Skills Gap

New technology, a changing economy and an aging workforce have drastically altered the manufacturing landscape over the past decade, leading to a gap in skills and a shortage of workers qualified to fill open positions.

With the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) projecting two million unfilled manufacturing jobs over the next decade, companies are actively seeking solutions that can help bridge this gap.
