Automotive Interiors Expo Featuring Mike Koper

Automotive Interiors Expo

Come and join Mike Koper, Senior AR Director at OPS Solutions,  at the 2019 Automotive Interiors Expo.  He will be a featured speaker on October 23rd at 9:30 in Room 2 at the Suburban Showplace in Novi, Michigan.  His talk is titled “Introduction to augmented reality for interiors manufacturers: automate or augment.”

Augmented reality can provide the leap in productivity that all managers have been seeking for years but have been unable to attain.  AR is a blend of advanced technology coupled with human performance. It can improve productivity and reduce or eliminate mistakes.  AR can take a good process and make it a best practice.  AR also provides manufacturing innovation to meet customers’ ever-tightening quality requirements (IAFT-16949). It is also scalable.

Case studies include an automotive interiors manufacturer achieving a 30% reduction in training cost and time, 40% increased throughput and error reductions of 96% with digital certification.
